About me
Hi, I’m a 26-year-old personal trainer originally from Belgium, now based in the UK. Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and for the past six years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I moved to the UK five years ago, where I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, guiding them to become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves.
In addition to personal training, I am a qualified sports massage therapist, having gained my expertise from working with the professional cycling team BMC. Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of muscle recovery, injury prevention, and how to keep athletes in peak physical condition. Sports massage complements my training approach by providing clients with the recovery tools they need to perform at their best.
Through my personal training and my YouTube channel, AtEL Fitness, I’ve helped countless individuals build muscle, lose weight, and improve their overall well-being. What drives me is not just the physical transformation but the mental one as well. I firmly believe that fitness isn’t just about how you look—it’s about how you feel, how you move, and the confidence it brings you, both inside and outside the gym.
